La Copa Ventures is a leading landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.  With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results to our clients.  As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape and Irrigation Mapping Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed landscaping and irrigation system maps.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and field crews to ensure plans are accurate and up-to-date.
• Review and interpret blueprints, site plans, and surveys to develop functional irrigation designs.
• Conduct site visits as needed to verify conditions and gather data.
• Use CAD, GIS, or other digital tools to design efficient irrigation layouts.
• Ensure all designs meet local codes and water efficiency standards.
• Assist in project planning and estimation based on mapping data.
• Maintain organized digital records of all maps and revisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with landscape and irrigation design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, or other mapping software.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local codes and water regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Bi-lingual a Plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Smart sheets.
