Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Facilities Management: Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained; coordinate office maintenance and vendor services.
- Event Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for staff needs, helping with any office-related issues or requests.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between employees, visitors, and external vendors.
- Budgeting and Finance: Assist with office budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and welcoming office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with office equipment and facilities management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
